I studied at the University of Newcastle upo n Tyne and Trinity College, Dublin. Through my career, I have photographed actors, musicians, composers, writers, models and "suits" for promotional and press purposes. Many of my images have lived on and are reprinted in recent publications, including The Irish Times.

 

I am happy photographing professionals, amateurs and children alike. My work reflects a documentary style, where I aim to make my subjects feel at ease and capture their true personality.

 

I also create 'art' or 'abstract' photos either from a brief or open commission. Three of my pictures have been used as cover art for CDs, and numerous images have featured in CD booklets for labels such as Nonesuch.
